SHIPPING POLICY

Waxperts processes orders Monday through Thursday, excluding Irish Bank Holidays.

Orders will be processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on Friday, Saturday and Sunday will begin processing the following Monday.

Current Shipping Zones:

- Ireland Shipping: €5 - 1 Business Days with DPD

- U.K. Shipping: €8 - 2 Business Days with DPD

TRACK YOUR ORDER
Waxperts is not responsible for lost or stolen packages, so please track your package and try to be as available as possible when your order is supposed to arrive. Once you have received your shipping confirmation, DPD will have the most current information regarding your package.

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
In the unlikely event that an item becomes out of stock after your order is submitted, we will contact you via email indicating that one/or some of your selected items is out of stock and you will be refunded for that item.
